Furan for iron and alkaline-phenolic resin for steel; induction, EAF, AOD min. 3 melts per week. Max. single weight 15 tons, 5 HT furnaces with computer cotral systems.

SOLID owns SPECTRO MAXX, ELTRA ONH 2000 gas analyzer, CS analyzer, metallography, -60℃ impact, universal testing machine, MT, PT, UT etc., NDT facilities as well as equipment for the sand strength, LOI etc.

ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001, SOLID is capable of providing high-end castings in both iron grades like ductile irons, ADI, white irons and steel grades like alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, super critical steel etc. Surface finish of castings match with SCRATA level Ⅰand Ⅱ, while as-cast tolerance controlled within CT9 and CT10, surface roughness matches 12.5 Ra.
